The Council are aware that there have been traveller incursions on Caponfield and are advancing legal proceedings to resolve the unauthorised activity Update 20 April 2026 - The Council served a Section 77 notice requiring the occupiers to vacate the site. The occupiers have now left and the Council is currently arranging for the site to be cleared and tidied.
