Hatfield Community Sports Fund Bid writing opportunity
The Hatfield Community Sports Fund is offering a bid writing opportunity in partnership with Funding 4 Sport to support the ‘No Limits’ 2026 campaign.
About the No Limits 2026 Campaign
This year, the Herts Sport and Physical Activity Partnership are working closely with the Herts Disability Sports Foundation and the Activity Alliance on the No Limits 2026 campaign.
This campaign aims to break down barriers and create lasting change in how disabled people access and experience sport and physical activity in Hertfordshire.
It supports and empowers disabled people of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences to move more, and find new activities which suit them.
It’s about increasing access to inclusive opportunities across Hertfordshire, making it easier to find, join, and enjoy sport and physical activity, no matter who you are or your current activity level.
We want to support the No Limits camapign by offering eligible organisations help to apply for funding to deliver sport and physical activity to those living with a disability.
Who is eligible
To be eligible for the funding you must be a formally constituted, not-for-profit organisation or statutory body such as a sports club, voluntary organisation or local authority.
Individuals, sole traders, partnerships or organisations established to make profit will not be eligible.
The projects you run (or are planning to run) must be either:
- working with disabled people
- seeking to expand current provision or explore new opportunities to engage disabled people
- or improving workforce development, including training to strengthen existing provision, or support the creation of new offerings for disabled people.
Sessions must take place within the boundary of Hatfield.

If you are eligible you can submit an expression of interest to be considered for the free bid writing service.
Successful applicants will work with Funding 4 Sport who will write a free bid for a large scale grant of £10k or above to Sport England and or the National Lottery.
