Lemsford Conservation Area

The Council has determined that the Lemsford area is an area of special architectural or historic interest and that it is desirable to preserve or enhance its character or appearance.

A public consultation was carried out in Feb/March 2023 to seek views on whether to designate Lemsford as a conservation area.  We received a total of 17 responses.  These were reported to Members, who ultimately voted at Full Council on 19 July 2023 to approve the area.
