Council Tax, Housing Benefits and Business Rates self-service portal

Use the secure online self-service portal at anytime to:

• report a change in your circumstances, such as moving house
• set up a direct debit to pay your Council Tax or Business Rates bill
• make a new Housing Benefit or Council Tax Support claim and upload supporting documents  
• view your Council Tax or Business Rates bills and payments and download copies of new bills
• apply for Council Tax Discounts and Exemptions online

How to use the self-service portal:

• On your first login, you will be prompted to register and create a new account (even if you had an online Council Tax, Benefits or Business Rates account with us in the past).
• Make sure you register using your name exactly as it appears on your statement.
