Northaw and Cuffley Neighbourhood Plan
Following a ‘YES’ vote at referendum on 4 May 2023, the Northaw and Cuffley Neighbourhood Plan was made and now forms part of the Development Plan for Welwyn Hatfield Borough.
The Northaw and Cuffley Neighbourhood Plan will be used to help determine planning applications and guide planning decisions within the Neighbourhood Plan Area.
The Northaw and Cuffley Neighbourhood Plan is the first neighbourhood plan to be made within the borough.
