Artificial light nuisance (light pollution)
We are able to look into complaints about artificial light from premises if it is causing a statutory nuisance.
For artificial light to count as a statutory nuisance it must either:
- unreasonably and substantially interfere with the use or enjoyment of a home or other premises
- injure health or be likely to injure human health.
