Hollybush North

A consultation for parking in Hollybush North began in February 2023.

The parking restrictions started on Monday 3 March 2025, and a letter was sent to addresses to notify them of the start date.

A review feedback was available from 3 June 2025 until 3 September 2025.

The feedback received was assessed to see if any further adjustments can be made to the parking restrictions. The proposals are set out below.

Proposals

The sealed Traffic Regulation Orders have now been advertised for the creation of the following parking restrictions:

Double Yellow Lines 

Burrowfield:

Double yellow lines apply 24/7 mainly on junctions or places where parking is not desired or safe. The proposals apply to parts of Burrowfield and Two Acres roads.

Verge and Footway Prohibition amendment

The proposals of prohibiting parking on public verges, vehicle crossovers and footways have been amended for parts of Meadway and Raymonds Plain roads.

The restrictions will come into effect on: Monday 14 September 2026.
