Proposed parking restrictions

THE BOROUGH OF WELWYN HATFIELD (DOG KENNEL LANE CAR PARK, HATFIELD) (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council (pursuant to arrangements made with Hertfordshire County Council) proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to introduce restrictions in Dog Kennel Lane Car Park, Hatfield as specified in the Schedule to this notice.

A copy of the draft Order and associated documents may be viewed at https://www.welhat.gov.uk/parking-consultations, or by appointment during reception opening hours at Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, The Campus, Welwyn Garden City from Wednesday 28 January 2026.
