Permit Amendment Order

Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council is proposing amendments to the Traffic Regulation Orders that apply to on-street resident permit parking zones across various roads within the Welwyn and Hatfield borough.

The Council proposes to introduce a personal carer permit permit for disabled residents. For the avoidance of doubt, it is necessary to amend the existing following Traffic Regulation Orders to include definitions and articles relating to the permit.

It is intended that these measures will:

• Provide a permit type to support disabled residents at eligible permit zone addresses.
