Electric vehicle chargers

We partner with Blink Charging to provide electric vehicle chargers at our car parks in the borough.

We plan to introduce more chargers in the future.

Hatfield

• The Common Multi-Storey Car Park has 4 charging points (8 EV bays), standard parking charges apply

Welwyn Garden City

• Moors Walk Car Park has 2 charging points (4 EV bays)
   
• Hollybush Lane Car Park has 2 charging points (4 EV bays)
   
• Haldens Car Park has 2 charging points (4 EV bays)
   
• Shoplands Car Park has 2 charging points (4 EV bays)
   
• Westfield Car Park has 2 charging points (4 EV bays)
   
• Woodhall Parade Car Park has 2 charging points (4 EV bays)

Using our electric vehicle chargers:

• Vehicles must be actively charging while parked in a recharging-only bay.
• Bays are reserved for electric vehicles actively charging and only for the time limit shown (check signs for time limits, fees and restrictions)
• Non-compliance may result in a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).
• Check your charging app for availability before visiting.
• Ensure your cable is securely connected to avoid interruptions.
