About the Tenant Satisfaction Survey 2025/2026

The Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) show how providers of social housing in England are performing.

We gather the data using:

  • Perception surveys from a random sample of tenants.
  • Management data from our records.

The 2025 to 2026 survey is being carried our by Kwest Research on our behalf.

Who will be contacted

A random sample of tenants will be contacted to take part.

If you are contacted, it is important that you complete the survey so we can use the feedback to shape our housing services.

Kwest are not allowed to use your contact details for any reason other than running this survey.

How you will be contacted

You may receive a phone call, email, text or letter from Kwest asking about our housing services.

Kwest research will call from a mobile number between 9am and 8pm Monday to Friday.

Email invitations to take part in the online survey will be from mail.manager@kwest.co

About the survey questions

Kwest Research will ask your opinion on the housing services we provide.

They will never ask you for any passwords or financial information like bank details.

The survey should usually only take 5-10 minutes.

If you want, Kwest Research can keep your responses completely anonymous. If there are any questions you would prefer not to answer, just let the caller know.

If you do not want to take part

The survey has been sent to a representative sample of our tenant households. The sample has been randomly selected by Kwest Research.

We would love to know your opinion about our housing services but if you would prefer not to take part in the survey just let the person calling you know and you will be removed from the contact list.

What we will do with the results

The results are sent to the Regulator of Social Housing. We will also publish them in the Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey results on our website.
