Tenant Satisfaction Survey 24/25
As your landlord, we want to know where we’re doing well and where we can do better.
The Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) were introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing to show how providers of social housing in England are performing.
A random sample of our tenants will be selected to take part in the survey.
If you are contacted, it is important that you complete the survey so we can use the feedback to shape our housing services.
The results are sent to the Regulator of Social Housing. We will also publish them on our website.
