Localism Act 2011
Following adoption of a Members' Code of Conduct by the council on the 23rd July 2012 under the new Standards regime introduced by the Localism Act, all elected Members and voting co-opted Members are required to register their financial and other interests.
Any change in the information contained in the notice must be notified within 28 days of the change to the Monitoring Officer, Deputy Monitoring Officer, or the Governance Services Manager.
A copy of the completed Register of Members Interests is available for inspection, free of charge, at the council offices.
