Personal Carer Permit

The Personal Carer Permit is designed to support blue badge residents by allowing a nominated carer's vehicle to park at the resident’s permit address.

Who can apply?

• You must live in a permit zone.
• You must hold a valid disabled badge linked to your permit address.
• The permit is for one vehicle per application, limited to one permit per address.
• The permit can only be used to park within your permit zone.

How to apply

Applications will open online on 1 January 2026.

You will need:

• Your disabled badge details.
• Your permit address information.
• Details and documents of the vehicle you wish to apply for.
