Leasehold Service Charge actual details

Payment

I have an extra amount to pay, when is it due?

If your actual service charge statement is in debit this means that you have a remaining amount due to pay. This is payable immediately under the terms of your lease. We offer the option of spreading this cost over the remaining months of the financial year (November 2021 to March 2022) please contact the Home Ownership Team on 01707 357044 to discuss payment options.

Please note that residents who pay by Direct Debit will automatically have the additional amount due spread over the remaining months of the financial year (to March 2022).
