Anti-social behaviour

Report anti-social behaviour

We work with residents and local communities to provide a secure, clean and safe environment for people to live in.

We take reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB) seriously and will work with you and others to resolve problems and prevent them happening again. In some cases we may take legal action.

Before reporting anti-social behaviour

If you feel able to, and where the situation is not too serious, you should approach the other people involved to discuss the issue.

Contact us to report anti-social behaviour

You should use the anti-social behaviour toolkit first to check what counts as ASB.

To report ASB email us at asb@welhat.gov.uk with:

  • your details
  • The time, date and location of the incident
  • a detailed description of what happened
  • what type of incident has taken place (so we report the incident to the correct authority)

Or you can call us on 01707 357 000, selecting option 3.
