Key Principles

3.1   The Council is committed to fulfilling our obligations under RPSI and accordingly the aims of this policy are:
-   To raise awareness of the Council’s obligations and the rights of requesters under the referenced legislation above;
-   To process all requests promptly and courteously;
-   To promote the fair re-use of the public sector information;
-   To provide reasonable assistance and accommodations for those with additional needs and requirements.
