Working in Partnership

Partnership working is essential to successful prevention and detection of tenancy fraud and we will work with a variety of agencies including statutory, non-statutory and voluntary sector organisations.

We will work with other social housing providers operating within Welwyn Hatfield, especially where WHBC has nomination rights to their properties, to take the same zero tolerance approach to tenancy fraud that we have adopted.

Recognising that some investigations cannot be managed by one agency alone, we will attend regular partnership meetings to enable the exchange of information between key community partners.
