This site was granted planning permission for 150 new homes, including 3 self-build plots (6/2025/1501/RM).
This site is being developed by Miller Homes.
Land to North East of Welwyn Garden City, Panshanger
In February 2020, an outline planning permission was granted for a residential-led development of up to 650 homes on the edge of Welwyn Garden City (6/2018/0873/OUTLINE).
This includes provision of six self-build plots.
A further 210 dwellings were granted permission under 6/2021/3096/OUTLINE, which includes provision for a further four self-build plots.
