Apply for Business Rates discount or relief
You may be able to get a discount on your Business Rates. This is called Business Rates relief.
We automatically apply:
- exempted or empty buildings relief
- transitional relief (if your rates change by so much at revaluation)
You may also be eligible for other types of relief such as:
- a temporary reduction for severe local disruption such as flooding, building works, or roadworks
- Discretionary Business Rates relief if you are an eligible charity or non-profit organisation
