What happens after you have reported a repair

After you have reported a repair:

  • we will log your repair and assess the priority of it 
  • if you report the repair online you will usually get an acknowledgement the next working day
  • we will offer you an appointment slot (if needed)
  • sometimes the repair will be passed onto a contractor who will contact you to arrange an appointment
  • our contractor Morgan Sindall will contact you by text or phone 24 hours before an appointment and 1 hour before they arrive
  • most repairs will be carried out by our Maintenance Team
  • gas and hot water repairs are carried out by Aaron Services and PH Jones.

After your repair has been finished we will send you a survey about our service. We would be grateful if you could return this to help us improve our service.
