What happens after you have reported a repair
After you have reported a repair:
- we will log your repair and assess the priority of it
- if you report the repair online you will usually get an acknowledgement the next working day
- we will offer you an appointment slot (if needed)
- sometimes the repair will be passed onto a contractor who will contact you to arrange an appointment
- our contractor Morgan Sindall will contact you by text or phone 24 hours before an appointment and 1 hour before they arrive
- most repairs will be carried out by our Maintenance Team
- gas and hot water repairs are carried out by Aaron Services and PH Jones.
After your repair has been finished we will send you a survey about our service. We would be grateful if you could return this to help us improve our service.
