We can only grant or reject an application for a permit. We can not attach conditions to a permit.

Businesses whose main function is gambling will require different licences, you can find out about these through the Gambling Commision.

Fees for gambling permits

Check the fees for gambling permits before you apply.

Apply for a Club Gaming and Machine Permit:

• read the Club Gaming and Machine permits guidance
• complete the Club gaming or machine permit application
• return it to the Licensing Team along with the correct fee

Apply for a Family Entertainment Centre Permit:

• read the Family Entertainment Centre permits guidance
• complete the FEC gaming machine permit application
• return it to the Licensing Team along with the correct fee

Apply for a Prize Gaming Permit:

• read the Prize gaming permit guidance
• complete a Prize gaming permit application
• return it to the Licensing Team along with the correct fee

Notify us of a Gaming Machine if you are licensed to sell alcohol

If you are licensed to sell alcohol you are entitled to two gaming machines with having to apply for a permit..

You must however notify us of these machines:

• read the Licensed Premises Gaming Machine permit guidance
• complete a Notice of gaming machine permit
• return it to the Licensing Team
