Community Awards Criteria

This award recognises a young person who has demonstrated resilience, determination and a positive attitude through volunteering, caring responsibilities, leadership or participation within an educational or extracurricular setting.

Criteria

Nominees will have shown a positive attitude and strong personal character through volunteering, caring responsibilities, leadership roles, or active involvement in school or extracurricular activities. Consideration will be given to those engaged in organisations such as scout groups, youth councils, or other youth services, where they have acted as positive role models and contributed to supporting others. The award also celebrates young people who show strong potential to continue growing, inspiring those around them, and making a lasting positive difference within their community.
