Volunteer Excellence Award

This award recognises an individual or group who has demonstrated outstanding commitment, dedication, and impact through volunteering within Welwyn Hatfield.

Criteria

Volunteers can be operating on behalf of any organisation which serves Welwyn Hatfield, especially the residents most in need of support. Nominees will have gone the extra mile within their voluntary role, contributing their time and skills to support others without expectation of reward. This may include work with local charities, community groups, sports clubs, or support services, and may involve activities such as mentoring, organising events, providing care or support, or improving community wellbeing.
