Behaviours
3.1 The Council has a set of agreed behaviours known as CORE values and behaviours that apply to all employees. We expect our employees to demonstrate these behaviours in their interactions with and in delivery of services to residents.
3.2 CORE stands for Collaborative, Open, Responsible and Excellent:
• Collaborative - we work together to get things done
• Open – we behave with integrity and fairness
• Responsible – we take responsibility for our actions and decisions
• Excellent – we perform at our best and strive for excellence
