Manage your rent account by checking your balance and payments regularly.

It's important that you regularly check your rent account balance to ensure that you don't fall in to arrears. 

Online

Using the SeeMyData portal is the best way to check your rent balance and manage account. It gives you access to an up to date rent statement. This shows you details all of the charges and payments (including benefit payments) to your account. 

Your rent account balance is shown when your first log in. It will be shown in blue if you are in credit or red if you are in arrears.

If we have your mobile phone number you can request an up to date rent balance by texting "BAL" to 07944 854 854.

You'll get text message back stating your balance. 

Text messages are charged at your network rate. This is an automated service so do not reply to the text.
