Resident Involvement

Why get involved

We are committed to working in partnership with our tenants and leaseholders.

You know better than anyone if our services meet your needs and expectations.

We use your feedback to:

  • shape everyday services such as repairs and estate management
  • plan long term priorities such as investment and housing policies
  • check our progress
  • hold us to account
The feedback is heard at every Cabinet Housing Panel (CHP) meeting where many important decisions are taken. The Chair and Vice-Chair of the Residents’ Panel also sit on the CHP. This helps our services to reflect what matters to our local community.

We regularly review our approach to make sure everyone can get involved.

If you have any concerns about how you can get involved, please get in touch - we will always be flexible and consider requests to enable residents to get involved.
