Resident Involvement

Our other involvement opportunities

Virtual Panel

We are looking for residents who are interested in giving feedback on our housing policies and procedures or just about a particular issue they care about.

This can be done online at a time convenient to you.

The committment is one to two hours a month as required.

To join the Virtual Panel complete our online form to register your interest.

Satisfaction Surveys

We want to know where we are doing well and where we can do better. One of the ways we do this is to carry out satisfaction surveys.

These include:

  • Transactional survey: We collect feedback on our repairs, planned maintenance and anti-social behaviour (ASB) services. The surveys are sent to residents who have recently used those services.
  • Tenant Satisfaction Measures: A random sample of tenants are selected by independent market research company, Kwest Research, to answer a series of questions about a range of our housing services. These questions are set by the Regulator of Social Housing and are designed to monitor the performance of councils and housing associations.

To see how we are performing, please visit our Tenant Satisfaction Measures page.

Community Catch-ups

Our Community Catch-ups take place across the borough from May to October.

These events are a great opportunity to speak to your neighbourhood officer and other council staff.

The Community catch-ups are supported by our repairs contractor Morgan Sindall Property Services and our planned maintenance contract Equans.

We are also joined by local community organisations offering advice and information.

Community Catch-ups calendar

Thank you to everyone who joined us at our Community Catch-ups across the borough this year.

We will be holding more Catch-ups in 2026 and will post details on our website once dates and venues have been confirmed.
