Resident Involvement

Our other involvement opportunities
Virtual Panel
We are looking for residents to give us your feedback.
It could be on our housing policies and procedures.
Or, it could just be about an issue you care about.
This can be done online at a time convenient to you.
The committment is one to two hours a month as needed.
If you would like to get involved use the link below to register your interest.
Satisfaction Surveys
We want to know where we are doing well and where we can do better.
One of the ways we do this is through satisfaction surveys.
If you get a survey please fill it out.
The types of surveys we might send out are shown below.
Transactional survey
These are for feedback on our repairs, planned maintenance and anti-social behaviour (ASB) services.
They are sent to residents who have recently used those services.
Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey
These questions are set by the Regulator of Social Housing. They aim to monitor our performance.
An independent market research company carry out these surveys for us.
They choose a random sample of tenants to send them to.
You can find out more on our Tenant Satisfaction Measures page.
Community Catch-ups
Our Community Catch-ups take place across the borough from May to October.
They are a great place to speak to:
- your neighbourhood officer
- other council staff
- and your neighbours
Our repairs contractor and our planned maintenance contractor support them.
Local community organisations also come along with advice and information.
