Nicer Neighbourhoods
Our Nicer Neighbourhoods projects improve the environment for all residents.
The projects are created with residents.
They can be a one-off improvement.
Or they can cover projects like refurbishing communal areas.
The choice is yours!
They can not fund changes to individual properties or gardens. They must be used to fund projects on land owned by us.
Some examples of Nicer Neighbourhoods projects are:
- new benches and seating areas in communal spaces
- additional secure bike storage
- planters for communal gardens
- improved or new signage.
