Information Request policy
7.1 All information requests will be reported to and monitored by the Information Governance Team to ensure the correct application of policies, procedures, and legislation.
7.2 The information Governance Team will publish Quarterly and Annual performance statistics on the Council’s Information Request Webpage.
7.3 Updated versions of this policy will be reviewed and agreed with the Corporate Governance Group and Senior Management Team annually. This policy may be reviewed and agreed in advance if a weakness is found, there are legislation changes, or if the Information Commissioner’s Office makes any recommendations.
