Datasets

9.1    Where appropriate and in instances where data relates to the Council’s public tasks, the Council will make datasets that are disclosed under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Environmental Information Regulations 2004 publicly available on the website under the Freedom of Information page on the website. This is in line with the Council’s obligations under the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012. 

9.2    The available datasets will be updated monthly. 

9.3    Datasets will be available on the website for 3 months after they are published.

9.4    All datasets published on the website, for the purposes specified above, are licenced under an Open Government Licence. This does not apply to all datasets published
