Fees

8.1    Information will be provided free of charge whenever possible. In the circumstances set out below, a fee may be charged: 

  1. where compliance with the request would cost £450 or above; or
  2. Compliance with the request would require 18 hours of staff time or above.

8.2    A requester will be informed if an information request incurs a fee and will be provided with an estimate before procession. In these cases, the statutory deadline will pause and not recommence until payment is made.
