13.1 Our aim is to keep the resident informed of any findings, works to be undertaken and timescales. We will share the investigation findings carried out by our approved Specialist Contractor if there is a hazard and it is not rectified within the timescale.

13.3 We have provided a number of videos and publications available through our website relating to damp and mould.
