Performance Management
14.1 We keep records of conversations, inspections, and tests. Our Property Maintenance team reviews all damp and mould cases. We meet weekly with our contractor to track progress and agree on actions for complex cases.
14.2 Complaints are shared with managers every week to make sure they are being handled on time.
14.3 We review disrepair cases weekly within the Property Maintenance team and monthly with our legal team.
14.4 Any lessons learned are shared with the repairs team to help improve how we work.
