Monitoring

14.1 We will monitor succession applications to ensure the correct application of the policy and procedure.

14.2 We will monitor the length of time taken to inform a decision to ensure that any necessary action is taken in a timely manner with regard to the accumulation of rent arrears.

14.3 We will refer failed successors to the Housing Options Team for advice.

14.4 We will consult with Housing Options team and Legal services before instructing legal action to recover a property

14.5 We will conduct satisfaction surveys on a quarterly basis.
