Preparing for Change, Transition and Ready for Reorganisation

8.1    To prepare for change, transition and be ready for reorganisation, we will  
8.1.1    remain accessible and trusted throughout transition, prioritising customer service improvements that will have a positive impact. 
8.1.2    be flexible and adaptive in our approach to technology, ready to support new structures and ways of working as the needs of local government evolve.
8.1.3    work closely with partners and stakeholders to ensure our systems and data are ready for integration and collaboration.
8.1.4    build capability and commitment across the workforce to take on new responsibilities and ways of working, as well as supporting staff to access opportunities from reorganisation.
8.1.5    continue to drive service improvement changes, targeting those that will better prepare services for reorganisation. 
8.1.6    prioritise data governance in the context of reorganisation to prepare for data sharing, as well as closing any data gaps.
