13.1 If we identify something that might not meet the terms of your tenancy, for example, property condition, unauthorised changes, or overcrowding, we will talk through the issue with you and agree the next steps.
13.2 We will always try to work with you first.
13.3 Legal action is only considered if we cannot resolve the matter together or if there are serious concerns.
