Tenancy Audit Policy

9.1 We will usually give you at least fourteen days, (10 working days’), notice before we carry out a tenancy audit. If the date doesn’t work for you, please contact us so we can arrange a convenient time.

9.2 If we cannot access your home after trying several times, we may need to take further steps to meet our legal responsibilities—for example, applying to the court for permission to enter. This is always a last resort, and we will make every effort to work with you before this happens.

9.3 In urgent situations, for example, where there is a serious risk to you, your neighbours, or the property, we may need to enter sooner. We will always explain what is happening and why.
