15.1 If the audit reveals that the current occupiers do not have the right to succeed the tenancy, i.e. the current occupiers do not have the legal right to inherit a council tenancy, then the Succession Policy will be followed.
15.2 Where there has been a relationship breakdown the Change of Tenancy process will be followed, if applicable.
